By using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

Because our work involves strategic planning, system configuration, and custom technical implementation, most payments are non-refundable once work begins.

However, we do offer limited refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may qualify for a partial refund only if:

2.1. Work Has Not Yet Started

If you cancel a service before any research, planning, or implementation begins, you may receive:


  • 100% refund of the service fee.

2.2. Work Has Started but Is Not Completed

If initial work has been performed but the project has not been completed, you may receive a partial refund, calculated as:


  • Completed hours or milestones × agreed rates

  • Minus processing or third-party fees (if applicable)

2.3. Service Delivery Issue

A partial or full refund may be considered only if:


  • The deliverable was not provided

  • The service was not initiated within the agreed timeline

  • A technical error on our side prevented project completion

Refunds are not issued for delays caused by the client, lack of communication, or missing required information.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for the following:

3.1. Completed Work

Any services or deliverables already finalized, including:


  • CRM setup, automation builds

  • Configured workflows

  • Sales funnel development

  • Marketplace listing optimization or account setup

  • Strategy documents, audits, or reports

3.2. Third-Party Fees

We cannot refund:


  • Marketplace fees (Amazon, Etsy, eBay)

  • Advertising spend

  • CRM software subscriptions

  • API, tool, or system usage fees

3.3. Performance-Based Outcomes

We do not offer refunds due to:


  • Low sales or ROI

  • Algorithm changes on Amazon, Etsy, or eBay

  • Marketplace account restrictions

  • Changes in CRM platform policies

  • Decreased customer engagement or traffic

Because these factors are outside our control, refunds cannot be issued based on performance results.

4. Monthly Management or Retainer Fees

Monthly service fees for marketplace management or CRM maintenance are non-refundable, including unused time within a billing period.

You may cancel future renewals at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
